Kendra McQuilton, Chief Executive Officer, The ECG Group
Kendra is responsible for all high-level management including setting and communicating the company’s strategic direction, balancing resources, ensuring the company’s values are applied from top to bottom, making decisions related to human resources, legal, and financial matters, and overseeing and delivering the company’s performance. Since joining ECG in 2001, Kendra has identified Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) potential in over 100 municipal agencies, resulting in 100 projects totaling close to $1 Billion. The implementation of these EPCs has saved, and continues to save each day, thousands of dollars in energy costs. Kendra holds an MBA from Dowling College and a BA in English and Marketing from Hofstra University

Aldo Mazzaferro, CEM, CEA, Director of Technical Services, The ECG Group
Aldo Mazzaferro is primarily responsible for managing all technical aspects of ECG's projects. He ensures the successful completion of each project through technical oversight to each client’s satisfaction. Aldo plays a vital role in analyzing project proposals and in representing ECG at pre-proposal meetings and construction project meetings. Aldo holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Energy Systems from Lehigh University. During his time at Lehigh University, he developed skills in project management, energy efficiency, and project finance that have been critical to his effectiveness as a Project Engineer with ECG. Aldo is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA).
